In the Office:
Pat Collins
Pat Collins started working in construction in 1970, and since 1972 has worked for himself. In 1982, Pat joined forces with Jon Jackson and both were co-owners until 1998, when Pat took over Faith Home. Even though Pat is frequently in our office, he is just as active in the field. That is why you will see Pat in boots and jeans--always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. However, although Pat is available, he puts his trust in his office and field staff to handle all the day-to-day operations.

Tina Carter
Office Manager
Faith Home wants every one of it's customers to have a pleasant experience from start to finish, therefore has reason to boast that Tina's warm voice and pleasant attitude are the perfect fit to making a great first impression. After 11 years with the company, Tina makes every effort to maintain friendly relationships between Faith Home and their customers while following through with every detail of your project.

A.J. Ballantine
Design Assistant/Carpenter's Helper
A.J. is our jack-of-all-trades. He has the uncanny ability to wear 2 or 3 different hats in one day. A.J.'s typical day can start off early morning as our web designer. By midmorning he can be drawing up CAD files with Mike and then in the afternoon off to installing a new bath with the field crew. A.J.’s versatility and ease have made him an asset to Faith Home.
In the Field:
Josh Nicodemus
Project Coordinator
Josh started his career at Faith Home in 2005, 20 years after his mother started working for Faith Home as bookkeeper. He started as a helper gaining skills to work himself up the ranks to lead carpenter. Josh is continuing his education in the field, becoming certified by the EPA in Lead Safe RRP.

Phillip Luman
Project Coordinator
Phillip came to Faith Home in 2006, where his conscientious approach to carpentry has improved every aspect of Faith Home's work. Through his years with the company, he has also worked his way up to become a lead carpenter.
Adam Hidey
Carpenter's Helper
After completing college and finding the job market tight, Adam came to Faith Home for some temporary work. Adam enjoyed the analytical side and the challenges that came with learning this trade, so he has come on as a full time employee, pursuing a career change with Faith Home.
